In this episode, we discuss various approaches and techniques to enable you to stay fit while travelling as well as touch on the importance of combining your exercise regime with a good diet. We have been full-time nomads for 2 years now and we share our experiences of what has and what hasn’t worked for us over the past two years.

Eating well is easy if you have an unlimited budget.

Why your diet is more important than exercising.

Track what you eat to hold yourself accountable and keep you honest.

Should breakfast be the most important meal?

Choosing the right food and avoiding bad habits.

Cut out the obvious culprits such as refined carbohydrate and sugary foods.

Fruit juices and smoothies are really bad.

Avoid alcohol as much as you can. 

Don’t miss out of the odd spoil but don’t eat two bad meals in a row.

Keeping a food log using Instagram is fun and will help to keep you accountable.
